Headspace required an office setup that balanced flexibility with individual privacy. The project brief called for adaptable workspace accessories that could move seamlessly between desks and support employees in hybrid, activity-based working environments.

The Solution: Modular Design for Agile Workspaces

To meet these needs, we designed and delivered a customised version of our Fente Duo Box caddy:

• Tailored dimensions to fit both employee equipment and locker space requirements.
• A choice of multiple colours from our range to align seamlessly with the client’s branding.
• A PERSPEX® 1212 White front panel, enabling employees to write their names directly onto the caddy with standard whiteboard markers.
• A laser-engraved corporate logo for a professional, branded finish.

To ensure alignment with the client’s expectations, we supplied detailed drawings and a prototype for approval before production. This approach provided complete confidence in the design before full rollout.

In addition, we developed bespoke slide-on desk dividers to address the client’s request for enhanced workspace privacy.

• Designed with a support fin for robust stability, even at larger sizes.
• Built for flexibility — the dividers can be easily repositioned or removed without any permanent fixtures.

Sustainable Materials and Quality Fabrication

The project featured EchoPanel®, made from 60% post-consumer recycled PET, and Perspex® acrylic, a durable, low-VOC material ideal for commercial interiors.
These products align with Green Star and WELL Building guidelines for responsible material selection.

All fabrication, colour matching, and component finishing were completed in-house by Mitchell Group, ensuring quality control from design to delivery.
