The Mitchell Laminates 60 Years Anniversary Golf Day was held on Friday the 27th February and was a huge success.
To all of you who attended, thank you very much for coming along and supporting us as we celebrated this wonderful milestone. Your attendance is the reason the event was so successful and enjoyable.
Although the day was a little on the warm side we did not let this lessen our enthusiasm nor stop us in the pursuit of the perfect game of golf. A great time was had by all, starting with registration followed by a lovely lunch. All the players then proceeded outside for the group photo, and then onto their starting holes to commence playing. Our golfers were kept well hydrated by the drinks carts circling the course during the day with Graham Henderson, Steve Paxton and Joe Grixti on board. At the end of the day, our happy golfers returned to the clubhouse to enjoy the fabulous bar facilities that Sandhurst provided. Dinner commenced at 6.30pm consisting of a lovely BBQ followed by our special Mitchell Laminates sponge cake.
Shane Mitchell led the presentations introducing Graham Henderson, Group Managing Director Mitchell Laminates, David Worley, CEO Laminex, and Peter Mitchell. Prizes were awarded and thank you gifts presented to all our sponsors. With the evening closing around 10pm, we all went home tired but happy.
